If you are experiencing problems with your MERCURY RC1090 appliance, and it is no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we can provide a number of services to help. We are approved MERCURY RC1090 engineers and are fully trained on the appliance. Authentic Parts
All parts used in our service and repairs are authentic. Parts are not included in the price above.
Parts Guarantee
Our Mercury parts used for repair come with a 3 month guarantee. There is no warranty given on glass once fitted.
Additional charges
Additional charges may be applied for parking, tolls and additional parts if this applies.
Revisiting within 3 months
If we are revisiting within 3 months, we don’t charge the call out fee, just the 1/4 hourly rate.

We call you back at a time that suits you.
Diagnosis
We diagnose the problem on the phone.
Quote
We will provide a fixed quote including labour, parts and VAT.
Engineer attends
An expert engineer will come out at a convenient time with our workshop van.
